For Veteran Affairs' and Medicare Chronic Care Plan – Yes, a referral is required from your GP or Specialist prior to commencing treatment.

Our experienced physiotherapists will first diagnose your injury and determine your goals.

They will then develop a specific rehabilitation plan to achieve your desired outcomes.

Each plan is specific and may include soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, education, stretching, a specific home exercise program.

All you need is a small area for a treatment table to be setup.

Bring any recent scans (x-rays, CT, MRI), specialists or GP referrals/reports if available.

Comfortable clothing such as shirt and shorts.

A credit card reader will available for payment at the end of the home session.
